Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders placed with Gardenia & Grace ship within 1-4 business days. This varies during our holiday and busy seasons. All orders are processed and shipped in the order we receive them. In most cases orders placed by 3pm EST are processed by next day. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse located in Greensboro, NC.
We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages by the carrier. Although we are happy to help guide you in tracking down your package by directing you on how to get in touch with the carrier in order to use the carriers GPS tracking/tracing methods using GPS coordinates of the drivers travel with your package and if necessary, help start a claim for the order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. We pick and package orders promptly to ensure you receive them in a timely manner, so cancellations are not possible. Please see our return policy to see if your order is eligible for return.
Our primary carrier is USPS but there are times where orders are shipped with UPS.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
